Rome, 14 June 2010 – Acea SpA announces that the dates for the Board of Directors’ approval of the Company’s interim report for the six month ended 30 June 2010 and quarterly report for the nine months ended 30 September 2010, originally scheduled respectively for 29 July and 12 November 2010, has been changed as follows:
Tuesday July 27, 2010 Interim report for the six months ended 30 June 2010
Thursday November 11, 2010 Quarterly report for the nine months ended 30 September 2010
Meetings with the financial community and the media may be organised in order to present the financial results and strategies.
