Code of Ethics
The Code of Ethics is the document, adopted by the Acea Group in May 2004, which, as part of the implementation of Model 231, governs in concrete terms the conduct of those who work for Acea and identifies the rules of conduct to which a positive ethical value is recognised.
It is in fact the applied development of the Charter of Values, the tool by which the Company recognises and identifies the ethical direction underlying its business activities. Just like the Charter of Values, also the Code of Ethics is managed by the Ethics Committee.
